Refund policy

Free eligible returns within 30 days of delivery

You may request a return for any reason within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is not physically damaged and its casing has not been opened or tampered with. Opened retail packaging does not prevent a return. Please include the original packaging and all accessories. All eligible returns are free.

How to return an item

Email support@techsmarterusa.com with your order number and reason for return. We usually respond within 24 hours. Contact us before shipping an item so we can confirm eligibility and provide a prepaid return label and the correct return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Warranty

Products include a one-year limited warranty for covered quality-related issues, starting from the date of purchase. Eligible quality-related issues are resolved by replacement under the full warranty terms.
